Las estadísticas son la mejor manera de medir comparativamente la realidad de un tema o situación puntual. A favor o en contra, este sistema de medición permite ver falencias u oportunidades para ser corregidas o explotadas.
Fue justamente una carencia lo que hizo aparecer en el mercado de las citas online al sitio www.ohhtel.com, creado después de una investigación hecha en Estados Unidos, donde se concluyó que hay 40 millones de matrimonios que tienen relaciones menos de una vez al mes, lo que se conoce, técnicamente, como “no tener sexo”.
“Hay gente que quiere encontrarse con otra gente en la misma situación sin correr los riesgos que implica ir a un bar y sin que se creen lazos afectivos entre las personas”, dice la canadiense Marga Bosanac, Vicepresidenta de Operaciones en Latinoamérica y quien da a entender que en Oohtel la gente sabe muy bien a lo que va a lo que va. “Puedes encontrar a mucha gente casada en todos los sitios de citas online presentándose como solteros, desafortunadamente. Acá la cosa es más directa”.
Interesantes son las cifras que permitieron vislumbrar que Chile es un buen caldo de cultivo para la tecno-infidelidad. La primera de ellas es la que causa más preocupación puesto que extrapolando los resultados a la cantidad de matrimonios chilenos, permite inferir que, de los 6,5 millones de personas casadas que existen en este país, 1,1 figura teniendo relaciones “nunca”. Vamos con algunas estadísticas:
-¿Con qué frecuencia usted y su cónyuge han tenido relaciones sexuales en un mes?
-Por lo menos una vez al día: 5,2%
-Varias veces por semana: 13,8%
-Una vez por semana: 27,4%
-1 a 3 veces por mes: 16,3%
-43,3% Insatisfecho.
-56,7% Satisfecho.
-¿Cuál es la razón número 1 por la cuál no está satisfecho?
-No hay romance en el sexo 43.0% (Mujeres)
-Me gustaría tener sexo más a menudo 65,7% (Hombres)
-Hombres: 77%
-Mujeres: 55%
(Esta última pregunta fue respondida por un mínimo porcentaje de personas del estudio independiente, por lo tanto no tiene valor estadísticamente significativo)
Chilenos (as) todos (as): Menos telenovelas para ellas y menos fútbol para ellos quizás sea una buena idea para ganar tiempo y dedicárselo a la cama, al sofá, alfombra, el techo… o lo que sea que te motive.

Respondiendo a la "diferenciación" entre amor y sexo, para mi el sexo es algo intimo, que lo comparto con alguien especial, y no ando acostandome con cualquier persona. No creo que sea normal tanto libertinaje...
